Cost, Time, and Location
Exhibit space is $25.00 for one 8' table, 2 chairs, access to power and free Wi-Fi. (Additional chairs upon request).
Food Vendors space is $50 for roughly a 10x20 spot depending on set up and location. The patio food court is located out right outside the main exhibit hall.
Due to the high demand for tables there is a 2 table cap, although more tables can be requested and approved for those who need them.
Tables in Alleys are front facing 8ft tables with no wall behind but plenty of room for banners and displays.
Alley space is roughly 8' by 8' depending on location. Tables at the ends of the alley's have a little less space behind them as that is where the entrance for the exhibitors is located.
Booths can be requested but with the high demand and limited space they go quick and can not be promised to anyone.
Booth space is 10' by 8' and is located along the walls. You will be able to fit multiple tables in this space but will be charged $25.00 per table.
Help us accommodate you. Please choose from the options given for us to best understand what booth and table setup you are looking for. Although we can not promise the spaces you request we will do our best to get you a comfortable set up.
We will be responding to everyone who submits an application. As well we will be working hard on reviewing applicants and making sure the show is the best it can be so we thank you for your patience.
The Exhibit Hall runs from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Mary Winspear Cultural Centre in beautiful Sidney by the Sea on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
Sidney is the transportation hub of the Island and in close proximity to the Victoria International Airport, BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal and the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. The community is also a short 30-minute drive from downtown Victoria.
Setup takes place from 8:00 am to 9:30 am on June 9th, the day of the Con.
The main exhibition area is in the Bodine Hall. Special presentations, panels and the Cosplay Competition are located in the presentation room two as well as the Charlie White Theatre.
Vendors with large setups will be able to access the building at 8:00 am through the back loading entrance.
Smaller Vendors need to be set up at least a half hour before the beginning of the Con; no later than 9:30 am. You can access the building either through the back loading doors or the front entrance; whichever is suitable for your setup.
